Bio:

As a sepsis specialist nurse at South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, I started in this role in January 2017. Prior to this my background involved caring for patients in acute care, critical care and most recently in the critical care outreach team. The UKSPF has been an excellent network and resource during my time as a sepsis nurse. As deputy chair of the UKSPF I am passionate about continuing to develop the existing forum in collaboration with the sepsis nurses nationally and feel honoured to be part of the committee. Delivering quality patient care is paramount, in order to achieve and succeed and the UKSPF is essential to support the fantastic service delivered nationally.
I am looking forward to the exciting new challenges ahead as a sepsis nurse and deputy chair of the UKSPF.
