Bio:

I worked in critical care for 13 years specialising in neuro, trauma and multiple acute pathophysiology's. I spent some time working as a practice educator before leaving the NHS to teach the RN Nursing curriculum in higher education where I did my MSc and acquired my teaching qualifications. I returned to the NHS after 6 years and started working as the QI lead for Sepsis, I am now a coach with the Institute for Health Improvement and have since acquired my leadership qualifications. I work in the safety and quality team, we are currently transitioning to PSIRF so am adapting my skills around the processes of patient safety.
