Hi All,

We are looking at expanding our sepsis team to more than just me...and I wondered if anyone would be willing to share their team structure and JD's. Only been in post just over a year, currently not a clinical role main focus has been on education and improving screening of patients so far.

There seems to be a couple of models out there, either advisory or clinical. I'm guessing it might depend on how many team members there are?
Does anyone have the 'best of both' models JD they'd be willing to share?
