NEWS2 parameters oxygen delivery

Hi I was wondering if anyone in their trusts has adjusted NEWS2 to allow higher scoring for higher amounts of oxygen?

    Hi Amy, we continue with NEWS2 guidance & will be adopting the nPEWS once fully released. Currently no national MEOWS but one is in progress. There are financial penalties to trust who are not following NEWS2 and these are going to follow for nPEWS as well apparently once it has had a bedding in time.

    We continue to use NEWS2 guidance with no change to o2 as you have mentioned.
    Could we ask others at next weeks meeting?

    Hi Amy,

    I saw that you have asked this on the National Deterioration Forum too, at ESNEFT we haven't added a flag for increased oxygen delivery..... although I like the idea of this very much.
