Do any of your Trusts use POCT devices for testing lacate in a similar way to testing for blood glucose?
Trying to think of ways to make it easier to measure lactate on our wards - that don't involve sending a member of staff to the nearest ward with a blood gas analyser (then finding someone who can use it for them).
