Sepsis Boxes - Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, we have recently had some issues with people not using the sepsis boxes that our pharmacy distribute and I would love to know what other trusts use?
We are a tertiary center so no A&E. each ward has a Red box with Tazocin and Gent in, and a green box with Teic and Cipro.
Each box has 2x blood culture bottles, 2x specimen bags, ABG syringe, saline + water for injections, giving set for abx.
Because not all of the necessary equipment is in the box, a lot of ANPs/Outreach staff just gather the equipment separately.
I wanted to take this as an oppurtunity to revamp them and add in a sterile field, blood collection system (i.e butterfly with BC adaptor on), chlorhexadine swab etc in.
What do you all use? and would anyone be willing to share pictures?

We used to have sepsis boxes but as CCOT we were generally collecting what we needed in the ward area rather than run back to office for the box. Same with SNP's one. Never used. The only area that has one and is even incorporated into the monthly PROMPT is Maternity.
