Local guideline update

Hello everyone.
With the upcoming update of the NICE Sepsis guideline, I am eager to find out some opinions.
I was wondering if anyone has used the UK sepsis trust AoMRC guidelines for their local trust guideline? How have you implemented management of the patient scoring a NEWS2 of 5-6 with the 3 hour window? I have listened to the podcast by Sian and understand they try to avoid that timeframe unless they're waiting for results / scan. Do other trusts take a similar stance to this?
